These are the photographs that I entered into a photography competition in 2011, the title of the competition was 'Place you call home' and so I entered 3 photographs which are surroundings of where I live in Portugal. 

     The first photograph is a photo of a marina in my local town, Lagos with the sunset behind. 

     The second photograph is a photo of the hills in a 
small village called Monchique with an old, broken path,
 spiralling down the hill. 

     The third photograph is a sunset which was taken just from my 
bedroom balcony in Montinhas da Luz, one summer evening.
